Being a patient with heart disease is no fun. Being a young heart patient can be particularly hard. From coping with a life-threatening condition at a young age to feeling isolated in a waiting room full of people who could be your parents or grandparents. This webinar will focus on the challenges of being a young heart patient and explore what is being learned in managing these conditions.
