Heart Wise Exercise: Boxing 4 Health
This webinar will include a 35-minute fitness-inspired boxing class featuring functional exercises, fun boxing moves, and yoga that packs a punch! No experience is needed, all you need to participate is a chair and hand weights/soup cans (if available). The class is suitable for people of all ages, mobility, and fitness levels.
