Heart Wise Exercise: Fit and Flexibility Exercise Class
This webinar will include a 40 min full-body fitness class led by Certified Personal Trainer Meg Stickl. The class is suitable for people of all ages, mobility, and fitness levels. All you need is an open space, a chair, and if possible, light weights or cans.

Note: The entire webinar will be 60 minutes in length which will include introductions, a 40-minute exercise class, and a question/answer period.
