Heart Wise Exercise: Everything Goes!
Please join us for this webinar showcasing a variety of exercise styles, so there will be something for everyone. Throughout the 30 minutes, we will warm you up, elevate your heart rate, build muscle and stretch you out. We will work mindfully and with such variety, the time will fly by!

You will need a sturdy chair, two filled water bottles and a roll of toilet paper. No experience is needed, and the class is suitable for people of all ages, mobility, and fitness levels.

[Note: The exercise session will take 32 minutes. The webinar from start to finish will take about 45-50 minutes.]
