Heart Wise Exercise: Strength and Mobility 2.0
This webinar will include a 35 min strength and mobility class. No experience is needed, and options will be given to make the exercises easier or more challenging based on what your body needs. All you need to participate is a chair and an exercise band.

The class is suitable for people of all ages, mobility, and fitness levels and will be targeting areas of the body that tend to need more mobility and strengthening along with a focus on balance exercises.
